Attention: NEXTWEBAI LLC
We have entered the fourth and final quarter of 2025, and this is your reminder to prepare for the 2026 Florida Annual Report requirement. All active Florida business entities—LLCs, corporations, and nonprofits—must file an Annual Report each year to maintain active status, remain in good standing, and keep ownership and contact information current with the state. Submit your annual report information now to guarantee compliance for the 2026 mandatory annual report.

You can begin the process here: https://corporatefilingassistance.org/annualreport/

The state’s filing window opens January 1st. Filing early helps avoid stress, processing delays, and last-minute issues. If the report is not filed on time, the State of Florida can impose penalties and take enforcement actions, including:
  • A $400 state late fee after the deadline
  • Administrative dissolution for continued non-compliance
  • Resulting risks to banking access, existing contracts, and your legal ability to operate
We encourage you to submit your information now so we can review, prepare, and file your 2026 Annual Report on January 1st. https://corporatefilingassistance.org/annualreport/

Corporate Filing Assistance provides application assistance, is not affiliated with the State of Florida, and does not provide legal advice. Corporate Filing Assistance will complete and submit your 2026 Florida Annual Report on your behalf once you timely provide all required information, signatures/authorizations, and payment of our service fee and any state fees before the state deadline.

sabbatical
.

Section 14.2 of the CBA establishes that all faculty who have completed at least six years of full-time service with Florida Poly and have either been promoted or have been reappointed (excepting reappointment as a result of a Preliminary Review) while at Florida Poly are eligible to apply for a sabbatical.

If you meet the eligibility criteria, the first step to request a sabbatical is to submit a preliminary application with the following information:
(a) The semester(s) requested for sabbatical
(b) The faculty activity for sabbatical
(c) Where the sabbatical will take place
(d) A brief summary of the professional benefit to the faculty member and the university of the sabbatical.

If you wish to submit a preliminary application, please email the information listed above to [email protected] on or before December 31.

Then, by January 15, the Provost’s Office will inform preliminary applicants if they should prepare a full sabbatical proposal.
